I have been working in the HVAC industry for 27 years, since 1994. In 1991 I started off my career in this industry by taking a 3-year long course doing repairs and installation for Air Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration. After my training and certifications, I decided to start my first company in 2014, called AC Depot. Four years after its start, I joined forces with Herlin Burch, who was initially with Burch Property, a property management company. Together we created Mechanical Air. Mechanical Air is an HVAC Repair and Installation company that focuses on providing services for residential, small construction, and new construction type of properties. We have employed the top HVAC experts that can work on different types of AC and Heating units, such as Goodman, Carrier, Trane, Lennox, and Rheem equipment. My name is Sam Rodriguez and I am the owner of Mechanical Air Heating & Cooling. I have been in the HVAC business for over 25 years and I worked for several HVAC companies before making the decision to start Mechanical Air Heating & Cooling. I wanted to build a company that puts customers first and works to educate homeowners on the systems in their homes so that they can make smart decisions when it comes to caring for those systems.

At Mechanical Air Heating & Cooling, we offer our services to the community with the goal of developing a high level of trust with each of our customers.
